Dr. John Augspurger,

After many years of experiencing many unfortunate dental experiences ranging from multiple crowns breaking days after receiving them, to having root canals getting infected and causing my entire system to suffer because of the deep rooted infections that they left behind, I finally decide it was time to see a biological dentist to help me deal with the problems that still existed in my mouth and the pains that came along with those.

I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Dr. John Augspurger, a biological dentist in Colorado Springs, CO.  From the moment I walked into his office, I felt an immediate sense of comfort after meeting his lovely staff and seeing that his newly designed office was equipped with state of the art technology that I hadn’t seen before in other dental offices.

As a patient, what I found most revelatory and fascinating about the way in which he put together treatment plans was that after years of studying healing, his perspective and philosophies directly reflected my own recognition of what my body/being needed for health and healing. After being blown away by the depth of the doctor’s knowledge during our consultation, I opted to undergo the plan he suggested for me.  It was the first time that I felt so cared for by a doctor. Dr. Augspurger clearly is passionate about what he is offering to his patients and takes great pride in the quality of work that he is doing.

Under his care, I have been overwhelmingly surprised with the results.  It was 4 months ago that he extracted 2 of my back lower teeth to clean out the infections that were lying under the root canals that I had received a year prior from another dentist.  Very shortly after he removed those teeth and cleared those infections, my whole system felt rejuvenated and stronger.  I was no longer finding myself fatigued on a daily basis, but rather I was feeling energized and very healthy.  It was obvious that when my body no longer had to fight against these infections, it was free to live in total health and vitality.  When my gums were ready to receive the implants, I made the trip out to Colorado from San Diego to complete the second part of the treatment plan.  The surgery went very well and I felt no pain whatsoever.  I recognized that day how lucky I was to have an artist like Dr. Augspurger working on my teeth.  The precision and detail-oriented craftsmanship was like nothing I have ever experienced in a dental chair before.

I am very grateful to have received Dr. Augspurger’s gift of optimal health.  Now that my mouth is operating without infection, my body and mind have followed suit, and I feel the best I have ever felt.
